Summerfest 2010 July - August
The Friends of the Corona Library are sponsoring many events this summer at the Library. Summerfest includes something for everyone.
Please join us! Fun events for all ages including:
~Special Family Nights all Summer long with free music concerts and other entertainment Tuesdays at 7 PM in the Community Room. More>>>
~Teen events include a Paperback Exchange July 8, a Magic Workshop July 15, and more on Thursdays 3:30-5:30 PM in the Main St. Room. More>>>
~Off-Track treats events Tuesdays in July, Sing-a-longs, Storytellers, Puppet and more. July 6, 13, 20, & 27 at 1:00 PM. More>>>
~Free Movies Wednesdays in July at 1 PM. (Children must be with an Adult). See Spongebob, Nemo, and The Little Mermaid. More>>>
~ Watercolor Classes for Adults and teens over 14 Saturdays 2-4 PM

The Friends, motivated by city and Library growth, offer the Adopt-a-Book Program to help the Library increase and strengthen its collection. It’s an opportunity for everyone to be involved and give to the Library its most essential resource - BOOKS! Pick up the brochure (pictured on left) at the BookShop for more details.
WE WILL MATCH YOUR GIFT AMOUNT! Mayor Karen Spiegel kissed a Goat on Saturday March 20th at the Library's Book-a-Palooza Book Fair and Festival when $2500 was raised for the Friends of the Library Adopt a Book program. Every dollar you donate will continue to be doubled by the Friends.
