Elected Officers and Members-at-Large along with appointed Committee Chairs and Past Presidents of the Friends comprise the Board of Directors, which makes all business and financial decisions for the organization.
The Board of Directors meets monthly on the second Tuesday of the month at 6:00 PM in the Library Board Room. Any Friends member is welcome to attend. An Annual Meeting for the entire membership is held in June of each year when there is election of officers and any changes to the Constitution and Bylaws are made.
