
WRITTEN BY... Author Speaker Series is sponsored by the Friends of the Corona Public Library and features nationally and locally known bestselling writers. Authors discuss their books, the writing process, and offer books for sale and signing. This programs are free and open to the public to attend the events which are held in the Library Community Room unless noted below. A great chance for you to meet these venerable writers in an intimate setting. Events are popular, arrive early for best seating.
J.A. Jance, popular bestselling mystery writer, kicked off this series in May 2007 to great success. During 2007, Written By sponsored events with notable, bestselling authors Susan Vreeland and Lisa See among many others. The series is on-going with new authors to be added to the schedule throughout 2008.

This event is part of the Friends' Annual Meeting.

discusses her editing duties on the bestselling
anthology "Los Angeles Noir" which includes
submissions from such venerated writers as
Michael Connelly and Janet Fitch. Her own novel,
"Prisoner of Memory", features character Eve
Diamond in her fifth outing investigating
a murder and the Russian mob in a dark moody
mystery set in contemporary Los Angeles.
